Center Director
Lead daily operations, support staff development, ensure licensing compliance, and foster a culture of excellence. CDA or ECE degree plus 3+ years center experience preferred.

Lead Teachers
Create engaging, Texas Pre-K aligned learning experiences while building genuine relationships with children and families. CDA credential or ECE coursework required.

Assistant Teachers
Support lead teachers and help create a safe, nurturing, joyful environment for every child. CDA enrollment encouraged we support the pathway.

Respite Support Staff
Compassionate, individualized care for children with special needs. Training in trauma-informed care and positive behavior support required or provided upon hire.

Before & After School Staff
Support the Roots Program through homework help, enrichment activities, and positive community building for school-age children.

Summer Camp Counselors
Lead themed activities, encourage exploration, and create memorable experiences. High energy, creativity, and genuine love of working with children required.
Staff Qualifications & Requirements
| Role | Requirements |
|---|---|
| All Staff | Background check clearance, First Aid & CPR certification, and mandatory reporter training completed before the first day working with children. |
| Lead Teachers | CDA credential or a minimum of 12 credit hours in Early Childhood Education from an accredited institution. |
| Respite Staff | Experience with children or willingness to complete training in trauma-informed care, positive behavior support, and de-escalation techniques. |
| All Team Members | Genuine passion for children, reliability, professionalism, and a strong belief that this work matters more than any title. |
